Meditation

Meditation is a means of transforming the mind to develop concentration, clarity & focus. When we meditate we practise the turning of our attention to a single point of reference such as our breathing or the repetition of a mantra. It is an approach that trains the mind, just like exercise trains the body.  Meditation also aids in stress reduction & reduces blood pressure by redirecting the mind to peace & calm. Increase your well being by taking time out & focusing on your breathe.  Be still, be silent and be present.
