If I had good health …..

Where is it that you feel your health is holding you back from where you want to be? What area of your health do you feel requires attention?

Write it all down, we want to get serious here for if your health is not up to scratch, it is true you will not get very far, it´s time to change this belief around to one where you are capable of achieving not hiding behind a reason that serves you no more.

No matter what the health issue is, there is something that can be done. Do your research and find out what that is and what the cause was in the first place for you to be experiencing this health issue, you can make a start right now by stopping doing that very thing that brought it into your existence.

The good news is you have the power to make yourself better, it requires work on your part, but won’t it be worth it to be healthy the way you see you could be and would like to feel?

Once you have written down the areas you feel you can do something about that is within your power.

Write down all that you can do on a daily basis  towards being and feeling healthy again, what can you do now that will bring you closer to your goal?

Do you need to visit the doctor? Is it to stop smoking, drinking, to get more rest, more exercise, is it to meditate, eat healthier foods? Whatever it is put your focus there and just do it!

Success lies in attacking the challenges that we keep putting off until another day. Stop right there, your health is way too important to let it slip even more than it is.

Put your health first above all else, then you will find everything will fall naturally into place.

You can be all that you want to be, see yourself healthy everyday devise a plan and follow through one day at a time and soon you will be experiencing a healthier new you.
