Learn how to use emotional guidance as your guide in life. Find out if you are already on track and on course. The purpose of this game is for you to find & recognize the triggers in your life. What are the visions that pop in your mind? How do they make you feel. Playing this game will make you a master of your own emotions, understanding their meanings is key in order for you to cut out any unnecessary stress in life. The following games have been designed for you to explore your emotions in a way that is safe and fun.
Role Play – Character 1 – The Baddie – Negative Traits
Displays negative emotions of tired, bored, sad, doubt and confusion frequently throughout these 5 important areas of their life.
They have poor health, constantly tired. Bored at work. Feels sad, hates play, ruled by doubt, no time for study, is constantly confused, can not rest.
Role Play – Character 2 – The Goodie – Positive Traits
Displays positive emotions of energetic, interested, happy, knowledge and clarity frequently throughout these 5 important areas of their life.
Health is great, they are energetic. Interested in their work. Happy, time for play. Loves knowledge, enjoys study. Feels clarity, rest is peaceful.
Role Play – Character 3 – The Judge – Task or Treat
Displays Empathy, Compassion, Order & Balance throughout 5 important areas of your life Health, Work, Play, Study, Rest

GAME 1 – ACTORS WAY
Rehearsals. Learn your Lines.
Meanings of key triggers from the dictionary and thesaurus.
1 minute to memorize and recite as many as you can.
Name them all & enter the bonus round.
Bonus: 1 minute to spell as many of the words & phrases as you can.
Award 1 point per word or phrase recited correctly.
Bonus: 1 point per word or phrase spelt correctly.
GAME 2 – CHILD PLAY
Screen Test – Feelings to Meanings
30 seconds to prepare & act a 10 second scene.
Role Play – the goodie – one liner positive emotion
Role Play – the baddie – one liner negative emotion
Role Play 3 – the judge – the solution – emotional guidance
Award 5 points per role played.
Bonus Round + 5 points both emotions in 1 scene.
Emotional Guidance HEALTH – ENERGETIC OR TIRED?

Energetic = Treat – Rewards for staying on course. Give yourself a pat on the back, you are doing fab!
Tired = Task to get back on track.
Spend 20 minutes daily taking the steps to feel energetic again.
Keep a journal and spend 5 minutes filling it in after each meal. Write down all you have eaten, how you felt before and after each meal. The amount of water you have drank and the exercise you have done and how long you spent doing it.

Be more productive at work. Schedule the 2-3 things you most do not want to do on your list your priority, the 1 st things you tackle in the morning.

Spend 20 minutes at the same time each night to unwind before bed, write down any thoughts that are disrupting you so that you may deal with them in the morning. This is your time for quite contemplation, no tv, no distractions. Make it time for meditation, affirmations and prayer.
